Today marked the first educational activity of our TwinODIS project. We explored Recurrence Quantification Analysis (RQA)—a powerful nonlinear data analysis method that measures recurrences in a dynamical system through its phase space. While traditionally applied to time series, RQA has expanded to image data analysis, opening exciting new research avenues.
With the rise of machine learning and deep learning, integrating RQA into modern workflows presents new challenges and opportunities. As the field evolves, we’re eager to see how these techniques shape future innovations!
